Simply fill in the amendment form on our website, providing your booking
reference number, your telephone number, your name and the dates of
arrival. We will then contact you and help to make any changes.
Please note any cancellation MUST be made through us and not directly
with the hotel and will be subject to our terms and conditions.
Cancellation is possible only if the client cancels a reservation at
least 24 hours before his date of arrival and is subject to penalty fees
described in our terms and conditions. Please note that all
cancellations made 96 hours or less before your arrival or tour date
should be made by telephone on +48 535 64 54 54 (24h).
